The 20/20 Strategy Team Michelle Francis - Michelle is the founder and principal of 20/20 Strategy. She has a breadth of marketing, public relations and communications experience. She has more than 15 years experience in corporate communications, project management, event management, copy writing and customer account support in industries including public relations, marketing, telecommunications and venture capital. Michelle has the ability to develop strategic approaches for her clients. Combined with meticulous analysis and planning, she implements custom client campaigns that come in on-time, on-budget and delivered to the right audience. She brings deep insight and creativity to every campaign and ensures that the vision of the client is communicated using the most effective communication mediums. In her free time, Michelle enjoys channeling her favorite celebrity chefs in the kitchen, snowboarding and traveling to tropical and cultural locations. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Regis University. Elisabeth Monaghan, APR - Elisabeth has nearly 25 years of marketing communications and public relations experience, working with everything from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Monaghan is recognized for her ability to speak to clients on their level and is skilled at providing strategies that work for the client. She is comfortable working with “old school” public relations techniques, or deploying emerging tactics. Monaghan has launched the public relations function for a number of companies including Examiner.com and KB Home New Mexico. As the public information officer for the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority (MFA), she served as a lobbyist; managed the marketing communications and public relations activities for MFA and coordinated the New Mexico Governor’s Housing Summit. She has been a guest columnist for the Denver Business Journal, Albuquerque-based Accent magazine, the New Mexico Business Journal and the Rio Rancho Observer. Monaghan graduated summa cum laude from Regis University, with a B.A. in Communication. She received her APR accreditation in 2005 from the Public Relations Society of America. She is the immediate past-president of PRSA Colorado, the fourth largest chapter of PRSA in the United States. Angela Shugarts - Angela is Denver native and a graduate student at Colorado State University. She is a recitation instructor for the Professional and Technical Communication course in the Journalism and Technical Communication Department and serves as the AmeriCorps Coordinator in the Student Leadership, Involvement, and Community Engagement (SLICE) Office. Angela has more than four years of public relations and journalism experience academically and professionally. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Regis University in 2011 with a major in Communication. During her undergraduate work, she served as a four year reporter and Associate Editor for Regis University's newspaper The Highlander among other activities. Angela also interned with Metromix.com of 9News and at CBS4 in the newsroom working alongside award-winning journalists, editors and producers. In her "spare" time Angela enjoys painting, drinking wine, watching football, hiking and playing with her Bernese Mountain dog Aspen. Margaret Emerson - Margaret has more than 20 years of experience as a graphic designer and four years of experience as an Internet marketing copywriter. As a designer, Margaret has helped Colorado companies and organizations design, develop, and implement their brand image and marketing materials using different mediums. As a copywriter, she’s written top-performing promotions and collateral for Hot Topic Media, a fully-virtual internet company that sells relationship and business advice products. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Graphic Design from San Diego State University and a Masters degree in Ecopsychology from Naropa University in Boulder. Sarah O'Donnell - Sarah has more than 30 years of business experience, including being the founder and principal of two companies, and has significant business, technical, management and leadership experience. Her technical and business background includes strategic planning, business analysis, copy writing, editing, website development, business solution development, organizational and program management, software development, programming support, technical documentation, training development and delivery and telecommunications experience. Sarah has just recently completed her first novel. Sarah has a Bachelor of Arts degree in German, with a minor in English and extensive studies in Mathematics, from the University of Texas at Arlington. |
